2. Prices & Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency relevant to your shopping location.
EU prices include VAT. Orders shipped outside the EU exclude VAT. Local taxes and customs duties may apply on delivery.
Shipping costs are displayed before checkout.
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, and Jorgobé does not have access to your card details.
Your card is only charged when your order is dispatched.
We accept the following payment methods:
Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay
Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal
Local payment methods: MobilePay, AnyDay (Denmark), Klarna, Bancontact (Belgium), iDEAL (Netherlands)

We ship worldwide from Denmark.

Denmark: 1 to 3 business days
Rest of Europe: 3 to 6 business days

Orders placed on weekdays are normally dispatched within 12 hours.
4. Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by local authorities. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
5. Returns & Complaints
EU customers: 30-day right of withdrawal (EU law requires 14 days; we offer more).
Non-EU customers: We also offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. However, our 30-day satisfaction guarantee still applies.
EU customers have a 24-month complaint period under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Complaint rights outside the EU may vary depending on local law.
6. Privacy
We only collect the personal data necessary to process your order and improve your shopping experience.
Your data is stored securely for 5 years, as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
We never sell your data.
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data at any time by contacting jorgobe@jorgobe.com.
7. Cookies
We use cookies to remember your preferences, track recently viewed products and analyse traffic via Google Analytics. You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
8. Governing Law
Danish law applies. EU consumers are also protected by the mandatory consumer laws of their own country. Customers outside the EU may have rights under the consumer laws of their country of residence.
