Azelaic Acid Serum is the centre of the routine and works on blemishes, redness and uneven tone at once. In a 28-day study, azelaic acid reduced blemishes by 20.7% and made skin up to 53.3% smoother. BHA Exfoliator gets down into the pores where the blockage sits, Balancing Complex Moisturiser reduces sebum and age spots at the same time, and Glycerin Hydra Cleanser cleanses without stripping.
The order is under How to use. Wear SPF 30 or higher during the day. Freshly exfoliated skin is more sensitive to sun, and without sunscreen the work on pigmentation is undone. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, ask your doctor or midwife before starting the routine.

Materials and recycling
Packaging is the part of the product you throw away. That is why we spend time on it.
The tube itself on Niacinamide Serum is made with 63% post-consumer recycled plastic: plastic that has already been used and collected, rather than newly made. The cap, and the rest of our bottles and tubes, are still virgin plastic, and that is the part we are working on.
Not everything is plastic. Some products come in glass, others in aluminium. The aluminium in the Niacinamide Hand Balm tube is 95% recycled. Both can be melted down and used again many times over.
Our outer cartons are paper.
How to sort it
Plastic bottles, tubes, pumps and caps: plastic. They do not need to be clean.
Glass bottles: glass.
Aluminium tubes: metal.
The carton: paper.
We are not there yet, and we are working on bringing more of our packaging along.
