The Pores & Blackheads Regimen dissolves blackheads from the inside and makes large pores look smaller, for cleaner, smoother skin.
Our 3 + 1 system works on the pore itself. The booster, BHA Exfoliator, contains salicylic acid, which dissolves sebum and dead skin cells inside the pore. In studies, 2% salicylic acid gave fewer blackheads than placebo over 12 weeks. In a test, the agarikon mushroom in Niacinamide Serum made pores 18.3% less visible in 15 minutes, against 7.8% on placebo. Balancing Complex Moisturiser keeps sebum down, so the pores do not fill up again as quickly.
Use the cleanser, serum and moisturiser morning and evening, and BHA Exfoliator a few evenings a week. Wear SPF 30 or higher during the day. Freshly exfoliated skin is more sensitive to sun, and without sunscreen the work on pigmentation is undone. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, ask your doctor or midwife before starting the routine.

Materials and recycling
Packaging is the part of the product you throw away. That is why we spend time on it.
The tube itself on Niacinamide Serum is made with 63% post-consumer recycled plastic: plastic that has already been used and collected, rather than newly made. The cap, and the rest of our bottles and tubes, are still virgin plastic, and that is the part we are working on.
Not everything is plastic. Some products come in glass, others in aluminium. The aluminium in the Niacinamide Hand Balm tube is 95% recycled. Both can be melted down and used again many times over.
Our outer cartons are paper.
How to sort it
Plastic bottles, tubes, pumps and caps: plastic. They do not need to be clean.
Glass bottles: glass.
Aluminium tubes: metal.
The carton: paper.
We are not there yet, and we are working on bringing more of our packaging along.
