Bakuchiol Anti-Ageing Oil
Bakuchiol Anti-Ageing Oil is the face oil for you if you want fewer visible lines and wrinkles without the irritation retinol can cause. The oil nourishes the skin and works on pigmentation, firmness and elasticity at the same time, which most face oils cannot do.
In a 12-week study on the face, bakuchiol improved lines, wrinkles, pigmentation, firmness and elasticity with no irritation. In a test on skin cells, bakuchiol made the cells produce more collagen than retinol did and slowed the breakdown of the skin's elastic fibres by 70%, where retinol reached 8%.
Warm a few drops between your hands and press them onto the skin as your final step, or mix them into your moisturiser. Use the oil morning or evening. Bakuchiol is not a retinoid, so the oil needs no adjustment period. Fragrance-free and suitable for all skin types, including sensitive. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, ask your doctor or midwife before use.

Materials and recycling
Packaging is the part of the product you throw away. That is why we spend time on it.
The tube itself on Niacinamide Serum is made with 63% post-consumer recycled plastic: plastic that has already been used and collected, rather than newly made. The cap, and the rest of our bottles and tubes, are still virgin plastic, and that is the part we are working on.
Not everything is plastic. Some products come in glass, others in aluminium. The aluminium in the Niacinamide Hand Balm tube is 95% recycled. Both can be melted down and used again many times over.
Our outer cartons are paper.
How to sort it
Plastic bottles, tubes, pumps and caps: plastic. They do not need to be clean.

Why it works
