Centella Serum
Centella Serum brings calm to skin that reacts. The serum calms redness, irritation and the feeling of warmth that often comes with them, and strengthens the barrier at the same time, so skin grows calmer and more comfortable day by day.
The serum is built around Rubistem™, an extract of Centella asiatica, also known as tiger grass or cica. Centella calms visible redness and makes small broken blood vessels less visible. In a placebo-controlled study, blood flow in the cheek, which is what causes the redness, fell by 30.8% in six weeks. A calming peptide is included at full dose, and ceramide NP, one of the skin's own fats, strengthens the barrier that irritation has worn down.
The serum absorbs quickly and completely, so your moisturiser can go on straight away. Use Centella Serum morning and evening. Squalane and hyaluronic acid hold in moisture without any weight. Fragrance-free and for all skin types, including reactive skin and skin prone to redness. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, ask your doctor or midwife before use.

Materials and recycling
Packaging is the part of the product you throw away. That is why we spend time on it.
The tube itself on Niacinamide Serum is made with 63% post-consumer recycled plastic: plastic that has already been used and collected, rather than newly made. The cap, and the rest of our bottles and tubes, are still virgin plastic, and that is the part we are working on.
Not everything is plastic. Some products come in glass, others in aluminium. The aluminium in the Niacinamide Hand Balm tube is 95% recycled. Both can be melted down and used again many times over.
Our outer cartons are paper.
How to sort it
Plastic bottles, tubes, pumps and caps: plastic. They do not need to be clean.

Aluminium tubes: metal.
The carton: paper.
